The Alliance will hold your data solely for the purpose of publishing information about your organisation and services on their website (The Directory).
Any data provided by participants that is not for publication in The Directory, such as private contact information, will be held securely, will only be accessible to authorised members of the EmsValley Health Alliance (The Alliance) and will not be shared with any other other parties for any purpose unless legally obliged.
The Alliance will hold the data for as long as you consent. The Alliance will undertake to confirm you consent annually. Where this is not possible The Alliance will remove all your data from its records. You may request changes to, or deletion of your records at any time.
